Are you trying to do it all but feel exhausted and on the edge of burnout?
The desire to do it all is powerful but is often unhealthy. It's easy to believe that you have to achieve everything before you can feel satisfied. The problem with this habit means it can feel all consuming and you never really get there. Even worse, if you keep going, this could lead to burnout - and that's absolutely no place you want to get to.
In this episode, I share some of the principles and practices that I have worked with to help my clients understand, address and overcome this.
